Borders of Kerala has been shut down due to Bandh.

Kerala, January 03: Two women under the age of 45 years sneaked into the Sabarimala temple in the early hours of Wednesday. The Sabarimala Karma Samithi and Ayyappa Karma Samithi have called for a daylong hartal and bandh in Kerala. Sabarimala Karma Samiti member Rahul Eshwar confirmed that the statewide bandh will be observed from 6 am to 6 pm on Thursday.

Government of Tamil Nadu closed its borders, as the bandh was taking place in Kerala today and protests erupted in various parts of the state. Thousands of vehicles go to Kerala frequently from Tamilnadu. Tamil nadu Government has mentioned that borders has been closed to prevent the damage of government property.

TamilNadu government shut down the borders of Koyambattur - Palakkad, Nagar Kovil - Trivendrum, Kilometers of vehicles are stuck on the road. After the situation is settled in Kerala, officials say the vehicles will be sent.
