Mumbai, December 17: Indian Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar faces an unpleasant experience on social media for the gaffe done accidentally. The former cricketer congratulated the newlyweds Saina Nehwal and Parupali Kashyap on social media, but he mistakenly posted badminton player Kidambi Srikanth’s picture instead of Kashyap.

The cricket legend was soon trolled by the netizens. A user wrote, Sir, now you got out”. Realizing the goof-up, Sachin deleted his old tweet and posted a new one with correct picture, which reads, “Heartiest congratulations to @NSaina & @parupallik on their wedding. Have a happy married life! Wish you all the very best. May God bless you with the best partnership of your life.”

Saina and Kashyap announced their marriage on Friday on social media. Later, VVS Laxman, Suresh Raina among other celebrities congratulated the couple.
