96 Remake: Nani or Allu Arjun ?

Hyderabad, Nov 22: It is known that the superhit love drama 96 has shaken the Tamil Film Industry in recent times. Its director is showing interest to remake this flick in Telugu with the support of Top Producer Dil Raju. sources close to this director has zeroed in two heroes to play the male lead.

Both the heroes Allu Arjun and Nani have showered praises on this flick and shown special interest in owning the script. Even before them, the producer Dil Raju has bought the script from the original’s director C Prem Kumar. Now that the pre-production works of this flick are handled by the director, he is considering Nani over Allu Arjun as per the advice of film biggies.

According to the sources, Bunny might compete Nani in terms of acting skills but the prior’s star status will be a huge minus. So the makers might consider Nani to reprise the role of Sethupathi.

Currently, the producer Dil Raju is touring the US looking after the production of Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi. He will soon head to India to finalize the main leads of this projects.
