Mahbubnagar, Nov 08: Vijay Devarakonda is one of the most sought after heroes in the Telugu Film Industry. NOTA which happens to be his last release ended as a dud. Yet, The political backdrop flick fetched him a special recognition.

Telangana Chief Election Officer Rajat Kumar appointed Vijay Devarakonda as a Special Ambassador for Mahabubnagar District. He would have to create awareness among public about the importance of exercising Right To Vote.

Former Cricketer VVS Laxman, Tennis Star Sania Mirza, Badminton Coach Pullela Gopichand, Singer Goreti Venkanna are the other celebrities who are chosen as Special Ambassadors.
