Terroist attack in Mali, 5 persons killed

Bamako, Mali June 20: A terrorist attack took place yesterday.An al-Qaida-linked Islamic militant group has attacked a resort area in Mali on Sunday. 5 people were killed in this attack. One among the dead was a Portuguese soldier and many people were injured.Sources say that Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimeen extremist group has taken responsibility for the attack. The terrorists have attacked a resort area that was considered safe for soldiers.The country s special forces have arrived near the scene and stopped further damage.They security forces have killed all the terrorists in an encounter. Mali s Security Minister Salif Traore told that "the situation is under control". Finally, police are investigating the case.Let s hope that peace soon restores in the country.
