South Africa May 22: India women has beat the South Africa in the final of the Quadrangular Series, here on Sunday.Coming to details that, Both the batsmen s Poonam Raut and Mithali Raj shared an unbeaten 127-run stand, Veteran Jhulan Goswami starred with the ball with three wickets, helping India dismiss South Africa for 156 in 40.2 overs. Raut scored 70 in 92bals and Raj scores 62 in 79balls then delivered with the bat, taking their team to a comfortable win in 33 oversCaptain Raj became the first Indian captain to lead the side in 100 ODIs.Both Raut and Raj displayed top form throughout the tournament. Raut had scored an unbeaten 109 against Ireland while Raj came to the final after scoring two half-centuries.
