Egypt discovers Mummies of 332 BC

Egypt, May 14: Archaeologists have discovered 17 mummies in Minya province on Saturday. Along with the mummies, they also found a golden sheet and two papyri in Demotic.Excavators also discovered animal and bird coffins. The Archaeologists said they belonged to 332 BC. The discovery surprised everyone because it is the first time that they have found mummies in that site. Officials said that there are still excavating the site and them may soon discover more mummies. The government hopes that with the excavations there would be a tourism.The Egyptian tourism has been in a decline due to ISIS attacks. We know that Millions of tourists visit Egypt every year to see Giza Pyramids. Egypt pyramids are famous for mummies and is one among Seven wonders of the world.Let s hope that the tourism of Egypt increases with the latest discovery.
