Meenakshi before a Judicial Magistrate at Melur near here in November, They are urging that Dhanush is their son and he was runway from the home at his childhood, later on, he became the star, after that they tried to meet him, but they didn t connect him, at last, they feed up to contact him, so they made petition on him that Dhanush is there son and seeking maintenance amount of 65,000 a month.Representing the actor, senior counsel Ramakrishnan Veeraraghavan told the judge that the Court had, in more than one case, held that DNA test could not be ordered as a matter of course.Dhanush on Tuesday said the Madras High Court Bench here that he was opposing the plea for a DNA test made by a couple who had filed a maintenance case before a lower court claiming to be his biological parents, not because he had something to hide, but because his integrity and right to privacy should not be tested at the instance of people who file frivolous cases. Both of the lawyers has submitted their evidence to the court, by listening to the both voice, Court has some confusion in the matter, so the court has decided to do the DNA test, But Dhanush is refusing the DNA test he is saying that this spoil his reputation and fame.
