Hyderabad March 14: Police officials on Monday booked a case against the filmmakers and actress(Deepthi Sunaina) of the controversial short film 'Seetha - I'M not a virgin', for alleged action scenes of insulting religious feelings of a community.

while coming to matter, Based on a complaint by an advocate, the short film director Kaushik Babu, producer Neerja Naidu and actress Deepti Sunaina have been booked by the Neredmet police.



On March 9, a complaint was lodged by advocate and BJP legal cell convener V Prasanna alleging that the filmmakers and made deliberate attempts to hurt the religious sentiments of a particular community by naming a movie with a tagline of 'I'm not a virgin' connecting the name with Goddess Seetha.

The complainant had asked the director and producer to change the tagline used for the short film, before its release on YouTube.
