Samantha to sell Katamarayudu costumes

Hyderabad March 13: Samantha is not only an actress but also the brand ambassador of Handloom Weavers for Telangana Government, not only this she also is running some orphanage home and actively participating in many social activities.

She recently visited Dubbaka in Siddipet district and she interacted with the Handloom Weavers.

The 'Yem Maya Chesave' Star decided to take necessary measures to ensure Handloom Clothes are available to people across the country apart from creating awareness. If she could do so, Income generation of the weavers would increase multifold.



As a first major step, Samantha wishes to auction the handloom costumes of Pawan Kalyan in 'Katamarayudu'. The proceeds of this auction would go to the weavers.

Notably, Samantha auctioned 'Gabbar Singh' uniform a few years ago and donated the proceeds to charity work.
