AP CM to inaugurate New Assembly Bhavan

Amaravathi February 27: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu will be inaugurating the new assembly buildings in Velagapudu IGC on March 2, 2017. Earlier there was a proposal to get these buildings inaugurated by the prime minister Narendra Modi or another national leader, but they have dropped that proposal now.

The Speaker, Kodeala Sivaprasad and the legislative affairs minister, Yanamala Rama Krishunudu, will occupy offices in the new assembly buildings on February 27.

In the polit bureau meet organized on Sunday at the CM's residence, a discussion was initiated on inaugurating assembly buildings. The Chief Minister had announced that on March 2, 2017 at 11.25 am, the Assembly buildings would be inaugurated by him.
