A minor boy went for swimming, Unfortunately drowned

Hyderabad, February 27: Now-a-days, We have observed that Minor boys drowning cases had rising unexpectedly. This kind of tragic incident has happened in Medchal.

While coming to the matter, to swimA Class VIII student went for swimming and drowned accidentally in a pond at Petbasheerabad on Sunday.

Police said, Mohith Reddy, 13, a resident of Petbasheerabad, was studying in Class VIII at the Vignan Global School in Medchal. On Saturday he and his friends went to the Nalla Regani Kunta tank near Flipkart warehouse for swimming.

"The Flipkart security staff who saw the boys shouting rushed to the pond and pulled out Mohith from the water. They rushed him to a nearby hospital in Medchal, where he was declared brought dead," Petbasheerabad sub-inspector V. Venkatesh said.

Based on a complaint filed by his father Ashok Reddy, a suspicious death case was registered and the body was handed over to the family after post-mortem. The case is being investigated.
