LOST REPORT App for lost things

Hyderabad February 19: Good news for the Hyderabadi citizens.The latest app which was named as "LOST REPORT" has been introduced by the Govt of Police.

Lost your driving license, voter ID, iPad or credit card? That too, when you needed it urgently? You can now handle the situation on your mobile phone.

While going to matter,"LOST REPORT" will help to get the approval document from the police department, which is help full to apply another one.



Previously, If we lost any documents like Voter ID card , credit card/debit card, we have to lodge a complaint about the lost thing in the police station. Its very difficult process to gain the lost documents.It takes so much time to approve the document.

Later after technology grown up, we are applying in E-seva or mee-seva centers instead of the police station, this action also takes huge time in order to get the approved document. Now it's to take the document with ease process by installing a small app on your smartphone.

The process to get Police Report through this App:

Citizens to download the App, first into their Mobiles.

The user has to register himself/herself in the App for enabling them to report to police online about the loss of Articles/Documents.

User can report for multiple documents(s)/Article(s).

After entry of all the details, the user can submit details and get a receipt of Confirmation into the mobiles through App and also to the respective email-ID.

A Nodal Officer, in the rank of Addl. DCP Crimes will receive all the Complaints.

The Addl. DCP Crimes will designate an Officer to verify the veracity of the Complaint and will approve or reject the Report.

If approved, the user will immediately receive Digitally Signed Police Report through App & Registered Email.

If rejected, reasons for rejection will be received through e- mail.

The time required to issue/reject report will take maximum 3 working days.

Highlights of the Report:

This Report is Digitally Signed Document.

The report will have Photo of the Applicant which is provided in Aadhar Database.

Report will have Aadhar Number and Name mentioned in Aadhar Card

The report will have unique verification Key No for any future reference.
