Hyderabad, February 18: In our busy life, we can't make a time for our personal. We always think of our works and career. But, keep on neglecting our health.

If a question about their daily fitness was asked, they immediately say, can't have time to make it.

But the researchers have been saying if you have no time daily in the morning then do it weekly once for 75 minutes so that you can give it out your toxins and waste.

Yes, it's absolutely perfect to make. However, Physical fitness is what makes you to look more and more beautiful.

And for the mankind of present generation, Researchers offer two types of exercises:

1. Daily walk and exercise keeps your muscles strong and will keep you active and energetic.

2. The more weight you need to lose, the more you have to exercise and this has to be done at least 3 to 4 days in a week.

There are so many types of exercises, for free of cost, you can do cycling, jogging, walking, and running, these exercises called as aerobics. These give better results if you do more time.
