Baahubali 2 creating Records in Tamil Nadu

Hyderabad January 29: Creative Director Rajamouli's Epic movie 'Baahubali: The conclusion' started creating records in Tamil Nadu. The film's Tamilnadu rights sold for a whopping amount of Rs. 47 crores. The movie rights were acquired by Sri Green.

It was a record amount for Non-Rajini movie in Tamilnadu. Rajinikanth's 'Kabali','Lingaa', and 'Endhiran' stand in Top three position and 'Baahubali 2' in Top 4 in All-Time record pre-release business in Tamilnadu.

Previous first part 'Baahubali: The Beginning' sold for Rs 35.2 crores, the second part was sold for a hefty price considering the craze on the movie.

However, the total worldwide pre-release business including all the rights was estimated to touch Rs 400 crores easily.

'Baahubali: The Conclusion' is going to hit the screen on 28 April 2017. The movie stars with Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna and many other.

While music is composed by M. M. Keeravani and the movie will be bankrolled by Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni.
