Indian lady in Miss Malaysia Competition

New Delhi January 21: Indian lady at the grand finale of Miss Grand Malaysia of 2016.

The Miss Grand Malaysia Organization announced Ranmeet Jassal as the new Miss Grand Malaysia and from there she went to Las Vegas to compete at Miss Grand International 2016 at a coronation event, held at Mango’s Tropical Café in TREC KL.

Ranmeet Jassal, a 24-year-old doctor graduate was crowned the winner. Ranmeet is a qualified 1st class Honors Medical Doctor who graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India.

Ranmeet will now represent Malaysia at Miss Grand International 2016 to be held in Las Vegas this coming October. She is currently in Malaysia to start her medical practice as a house surgeon with the government.

She is active in a charity project that helps the needy and creates awareness on rare diseases which are not known to the public. Likewise, she is a creative person who has acquired skills like dancing, playing the Dhol and harmonium.
