Due to impact of demonetization,The competition among all housing incentive companies will hiked and interest rates will declined.

In India, Major companies which are giving home loans like Housing Development Finance Corporation of India (HDFC),India Bulls Housing Finance,DHFL. They will declines the interest rates on housing schemes about 25% to 50% with in two weeks,Industry sources said.

In December, A lot of these companies were being lowered interest rates to some extent.However,There is no demand on loans from customers.

"After demonetization, the bond market is currently collecting the funds easily.so,They has decided to give the benefits to the borrowers.The demand on new homes will increase in next year",IBHF M.D Gagan Banga said.

If the Interest rates drops, then more people may come forward to take loans for homes.The most home loans offered copany is HDFC",HDFC M.D Keki Mistry said.

He also said that,More than 8% interest offered and it solds Rs.1000 crores of bonds in October.In November, Only for 7.8% interest, Rs.2000 crores of bonds were wiped",He added.

"After banning of high demonetized notes, the black money entered in Indian Construction Sector recognized by housing companies.Some people were purchased some places and plots with their illegal money.Find those black money holders and starts the investigation on them,Housing companies were suggested to authorities.
