The Delhi unit of CBI arrested three persons?

The Delhi unit of CBI on Thursday arrested three persons for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 1 lakh from a complainant claiming they were personal assistants (PAs) of an MP. Durgesh Kumar Maurya, one of the three arrested persons, works as a driver for MP Kavitha Maloth in New Delhi. The two other arrested were Rajib Bhattacharya and Shubhangi Gupta. The CBI laid a trap and nabbed the trio while allegedly demanding and accepting bribe from Manmeet Singh Lamba at the MP's flat in Saraswathi building, BD Marg, New Delhi.

In his complaint, Lamba said Bhattacharya, who introduced himself as MP's PA, demanded money for saving his house, which is under construction at Sardar Nagar, from getting demolished by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). He said Bhattacharya claimed that an officer known to him could help him in the matter.
