Heavy rains are likely to occur for the next 48 hours

Heavy rains are likely to occur for the next 48 hours at isolated locations in different parts of Telangana.In several parts of the low lying region of the city, they also predicted waterlogging. They also expected major damage to trees and electric poles leading to transport chaos in some parts of the city for a few hours to a couple of days. They also warned the town of clogging drainage and traffic congestion.
Heavy rain is likely to occur in isolated places in the districts of Sangareddy, Medak, Siddipet, Jangaon, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Yadadri - Bhuvanagiri, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Jagtial. It also predicted thunderstorm accompanied by lightning to occur at isolated places over Telangana.
