This is the highest number of tests in Telangana

A couple of weeks ago, Telangana cabinet decided to ramp up the testing process and stated that not less than 40,000 tests would be performed in the state. But this did not come to implementation untill yesterday.


As per the latest medical bulletin released by the government of Telangana, a total of 43,095 tests were performed in the state in the last 24 hours. This is the highest number of tests performed in the state in a 24-hour period.

Well, Telangana has finally breached the 40,000 tests per day mark and netizens are hoping that the government will keep up the pace in the future as well.

Telangana has reported 1,01,865 coronavirus positive cases till date and 2474 of them were reported in the last 24 hours.

In other news, Telangana transport department will soon be meeting with APSRTC to discuss the resumption of bus services between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
