Covid 19 Massive Update:India Crosses 1 million Mark...

Last night, India became the third country in the world to cross the mark of 10 Lakh Coronavirus cases, following USA and Brazil.


India reported a record number of 34,956 cases in the last 24 hours, making it yet another biggest jump for the country. The total number of cases now stand at 10,03,832, and the death toll stands at 25,602.

On the other hand, the number of recoveries are significantly higher than the number of active cases in the country, which is a good thing. The total number of recoveries are 6,35,756, out of which 22,942 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours.

The total number of active cases now stand at 3,42,473. While 10 cities have contributed to the most cases, the maximum number of cases still continue to be reported from Maharashtra.
