India's recovery rate increasing...

India saw yet another highest single day spike, with 35,695 cases having been reported in the last 24 hours. This has taken the total number of cases to 9,68,876. The death toll has reached 24,915, with 606 fresh fatalities in the last 24 hours.


On the other hand, India is also currently witnessing an all time high recovery rate, with 6,12,814 cases having been discharged, and 3,31,146 active cases. The recovery rate is well beyond 60%, and experts say that it will only increase in the coming months.

On Wednesday itself, a total of 20,572 people were discharged from various hospitals in the country, making it the highest number of patients to be discharged in a single day.

Experts are saying that aggressive testing, timely diagnosis and effective management of patients are the reason for such a huge rate of recovery in the country. If the same steps are continued to be taken, then the country might be in a much better position in the coming days.
