Assured all possible support to the state government

Earlier today, LG polymers reported that there has been a gas leakage at their plant in Vizag. Reportedly, a total of 316 people are admitted to hospitals in Vizag now.

The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy left to the site incident a short while back. He will be overseeing the distress relief activities and take necessary action.

The prime minister of India, Narendra Modi had called Jagan through phone and assured all possible support to the state government in these tough times.

In other news, the opposition leader of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu wrote a letter to the central government, asking permission to leave to Vizag from Hyderabad. There has been no response from the central government yet.

The distress relief forces are evacuating the people nearby the site of gas leakage. They are being transported to safer places.
