Breaking:80% of patients in India not showing symptoms

As per latest reports from the health ministry of India, 80% of Indians who had tested positive for Coronavirus are either asymptomatic or showing just mild symptoms.

It means that out of every 100 people who are testing positive for Coronavirus, 80 don't show any common symptoms like fever and cough, or just exhibit mild symptoms. Only 20 people show full symptoms.

Well, this would make tracking down Coronavirus patients a whole lot tougher. Given the limited number of testing kits, it would be really tough for the healthcare department to test random people.

The government of India had ordered 5 lakh testing kits from South Korea recently and we can expect the testing procedure to be ramped up in the days to come.

As of now, people who are asymptomatic but have contact or travel history are being tested for Coronavirus. Also, people who show symptoms like mild flu in high risk areas are being tested.
