After Lock Down in India

The 21 day nationwide lockdown announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, from March 25th, to April 14th, is about to come to an end in the next 24hrs. Even as many states have announced an extension for 2 more weeks, till April 30th, everyone is looking forward to the Prime Minister's take on this.

The Prime Minister is said to address the nation very soon, and talk about the next step of the lockdown phase in India. Experts say that there could be some relaxation in the country, allowing a few industries to function. Some others say that there could be a gap of a day or two before the two week extension begins.

India is currently very close to 10,000 cases, and has reported more than 300 deaths. This extension is going to be very crucial in curbing the spread. Also, after these extra two weeks, the lockdown will be lifted phase wise.
