The government of Andhra Pradesh is making swift moves to contain the spread of the novel Coronavirus, Covid-19.
The latest update is that the state government has identified 6 hospitals in each and every district across the state, which will be converted into temporary Coronavirus treatment facilities.
A total of 78 hospitals across the state will be functional and treating Coronavirus patients after the state government makes necessary arrangements.
A medical head will be appointed to each and every hospital and they will be reporting directly to Andhra Pradesh Coronavirus control center.
A total of over 25,000 beds and 600 ventilators will be added through this process.
As of now, there are a total of 363 Coronavirus positive cases in Andhra Pradesh.
