Telangana has reported just 3 new cases in the last 24 hours

The entire nation of India is under lockdown till April 14th, with only daily essentials available. Citizens are allowed to go onto the roads only if highly necessary, otherwise, the Police department is taking serious action against them.

Although the number of cases has crossed the 1000 mark, there is an observable decline in the number of cases per day. Also, the state of Telangana has reported just 3 new cases in the last 24 hours.

As per CM KCR's recent statements, Coronavirus should be gone in the state by April 7th. If that turned out to be the case, then there might be a slight relaxation in the current lockdown situation in the state, after April 14th.
