It was simply a one sided decision

The municipal elections in Andhra Pradesh were postponed by the election commission, owing to the widespread Coronavirus. However the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh YSRC is repeatedly speaking about this issue.

Today, the finance minister of Andhra Pradesh Buggana Rajendranath Reddy spoke about the same issue.

"The election commission officer did not even consult with the healthcare ministry, or home department before deciding to postpone the election. It was simply a one sided decision, which was taken to favor telugu Desam Party" he said.

Well, YSRCP has been sticking to the same argument regarding the municipal election. They are repeatedly claiming that the election commission officer is trying to favor. This is not the wisest option, given the Coronavirus pandemic, which is is leaving the common public terrified.
