Breaking: IPL to be cancelled

The BCCI has already announced that the Indian Premier League, that was supposed to commence on March 29th has been postponed to April 15th. It was said that the matches will be played behind closed stadiums this time around.
However, the latest reports suggest that the BCCI has decided to cancel this season of IPL.
The health ministry had made it clear that public gatherings should be avoided at all costs.
It is well-known that IPL requires a massive crew, which includes team management, broadcast technicians, stadium staff, and accommodation managers. Also, the safety of the players should be kept in mind.
In order to avoid such complexities, the BCCI has apparently decided to call off this year's IPL. An official announcement regarding this will be made in another week or two.
