Jagan makes bold statements on Coronavirus

The entire world is facing a joint crisis in the wake of the widespread outbreak of Coronavirus, and everything has almost come to a standstill. Several state governments in India have also called for the shut down of educational institutions, theatres, shopping malls, etc., including the government of Telangana.

On the other hand, there still seems to be one person who thinks that Coronavirus is not as serious and that it can be cured with the help of a paracetamol tablet. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy met state governor Biswabhushan Harichandan on Sunday and held a press meet immediately after. In this press meet, Jagan expressed his displeasure regarding the postponement of the local body elections in AP.

Jagan said that 80.1% of people have already been cured around the world, and 13.8% of people are receiving treatment, while only 4.7% of people are in critical condition. He said that the virus is not so serious where it warrants the postponement of the local body elections.
