Amaravati will definitely continue to be the capital

YSRCP minister Kusarala Kannababu made some sensational comments about Amaravati while speaking with media.

"Jagan never said he would shift the capital from Amaravati. Amaravati will definitely continue to be the capital," he said.

Kannababu further added the YCP government will make an announcement regarding the capital only after getting a detailed report from the high-powered committee.

"We will take the report submitted by high-powered committee into consideration and also speak with all the parties in Andhra Pradesh assembly. Only then will we make an announcement on the capital," he added.

Well, there is no clarity on whether or not Amaravati will be the capital of Andhra Pradesh. We should wait till the chief minister YS Jagan himself makes an official statement regarding it.
