Evangelist K. A. Paul's personal secretary Jyoti Begal filed a cased against controversial film-maker Ram Gopa Varma, for morphing former president Pranab Mukherjee's photo.

A case was registered against him under sections 469 (forgery for purpose of harming reputation), 509 (intending to insult the modesty of a woman), and the Information Technology Act. This was because he morphed his photo over former president Pranab Mukherjee's face to show that he was receiving the censor certificate for his film Amma Rajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu from K. A . Paul.

In light of this, the director might appear before the Hyderabad Cyber Crime police today, for questioning before he is taken to court.
