BJP Next Target is Telangana

Hyderabad: In the recent Lok Sabha elections, the BJP has performed well in Telangana. Describing the BJP's good performance in the state as extremely important, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the party's next target is to win the assembly elections in Telangana in 2023.


Describing the party's performance in West Bengal and Telangana as "extremely important", he further said that the BJP is not satisfied with it and aims to form a government in states where it is not yet in power.

"Our next goal is to form a BJP government in Telangana in 2023," former MP's CM and BJP vice-president Chouhan told reporters here. Only one seat was able to win. In the Lok Sabha elections held this year, the party managed to win four of the 17 seats in the state. Shivraj Singh Chouhan also thanked the people of Telangana for this. Shivraj was recently declared vice-president by handing over a major responsibility to the party.
