Telugu Desam Party Rajyasabha members Sujana Chowdary, TG Venkatesh, Rammohan Rao, and CM Ramesh joined in the Bharathiya Janatha Party today.

After joining in the BJP, Sujana Chowdary made some sensational comments.

There is no point in fighting against the center when it is very clear that the voters have picked them over the others. We have joined BJP to get the best possible benefits for out constituencies, he said.

Well, Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has been fighting strongly against Narendra Modi and BJP. This seems to be the context of Sujana Chowdarys comment.

Also, these four MPs have submitted a letter to the Rajyasabha chairman, asking to merge Telugu Desam parliamentary party into BJP.
