Assembly: Runamaafi Topic irks TDP in Trouble

Earlier today, Telugu Desam Party senior leader Achennayudu made some controversial statements in the assembly.

Achennayudu claimed that the TDP government implemented full loan waiver scheme against all odds.

We(TDP) completed Runa Maafi even if the RBI and the central government were against it. We are the only party in the country to achieve this feat, he said.

In response, YSRCP leaders passed satires, saying the TDP government implemented the loan waiver scheme so very well that it landed them in the opposition. They are saying that fake claims like these are the main reason why TDP was bluntly rejected by the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Also, Achennayudus comments are receiving a negative response on social media.
