According to the latest reports, real estate has hit a rough patch in the capital region, Amaravati.
Two months ago, 9 Square feet costed Rs 25,000, but the value has gone down to Rs 18,000- Rs 25,000 currently.
YSRCP government is still in two minds about the capital region and is yet to make an official announcement regarding the development works at Amaravati.
As a result, investors are willing to wait for another six months to see the new government's approach towards the capital.
However, the land rates are expected to increase by a fair margin of YCP government announces it would develop Amaravati as a full-fledged capital.
