Elections results: All states alerted

The Day has come finally and the whole country is eagerly waiting for the results of the Lok Sabha poll results and some of the states are even waiting for the Assembly results too. The counting starts at 8 AM sharp and the final tally is expected to be out by evening. The country registered 67% voting in total. The Union Home Ministry alerted all the states ahead of the counting hinting them about the possibility of violence. It asked all the states to maintain law and order, public tranquility and peace.

States like Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar and Tripura are kept on high alert after statements have been issued by several groups. Most of the exit polls predicted that NDA would retain power and UPA alliance will have to wait for five more years to test their luck. However, the opposition parties slammed the exit polls calling them trash. Let's wait for some more hours to know the final numbers and parties that would end up victorious.
