I woke up at 2.30 am on that day: Samantha Akkineni

Hyderabad, Apr 08: Actress Samantha Akkineni said she is really happy and proud of her husband on the success of the film 'Majili.' The success meet of the film was held on Sunday and the entire participated in it.

Speaking Samantha said, "On the release day of ‘Majili’ I woke up at 2:30 AM and was tensed. I got to know about the feedback from the producer. Then after every hour, the talk was very positive and I was blank for about half-an-hour. I had tears in my eyes for nearly 30 minutes."

Sam also said her father-in-law Nagarjuna came to the house and was really on cloud nine with the film's success.

"This is the best and memorable moment of my life. I'm really happy and proud of wife of Naga Chaitanya," concluded Samantha.

Speaking next Naga Chaitanya credited the director Shiva Nirvana.

"From the beginning me and director Shiva shared the mutual trust. That’s how we developed a good rapport. I would like to work with him again and again. Like I said earlier, ‘Majili’ will remain as a special film in my career," said Naga Chaitanya.

The Akkineni hero also thanked Posani Krishna Murali and Rao Ramesh for being the pillars of the film.
