Renu Desai Open Up About Politics

Hyderabad, Feb 28: Former Telugu actress, filmmaker, author, and Pawan Kalyan's ex-wife Renu Desai spoke up about her debut as a TV anchor on Popular channel Sakshi TV.

In a video released on social media, Renu Desai clarified that she is doing a TV show on the lives of farmers. She emphatically stated that she is wholeheartedly doing the TV show on Sakshi channel to help the farmers across rural areas in the Telugu states.

Renu also requested fans and the general public not to misconstrue her efforts in helping the farmers with politics. She specifically clarified that her noble efforts in transforming the lives of farmers have no political connotations.

The multi-talented actress also stated that she has interviewed over 200 farmers to get in-depth insights into their pitiable lives and struggles. Renu also appealed to the educated masses to support the farmers. In the past, Renu has also written a story for a film on farmer's suicide as well.

"If I can change the life of even a single farmer, I will be satisfied as a citizen. I am wholeheartedly doing this only for farmers", said Renu Desai.
