Rakul being replaced repeatedly

Hyderabad, Feb 26: Actress Rakul Preet Singh who seemed to take over the number 1 heroine crown in Telugu film industry is not hot anymore.

Her recent release 'Dev' blinded without a trace in Telugu and Tamil. Rakul's recent track record is not intriguing her new offers in Telugu film industry.

She was supposed to play one of the female leads in 'Venky Mama' starring Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya. But Rashi Khanna has been finalized as Naga Chaitanya's pair.

Rakul was also in talks for the Telugu remake of 'Ratsasan'. But Anupama Parameshwarana bagged the role in Telugu 'Ratsasan' featuring Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas in the lead role. Ramesh Varma is directing it.

Rakul's bad time started with 'Spyder' bombing at the box office and from then on the slender beauty is struggling to get space in the biggest film industry in the South.
