AP CM about Attending Maha Court!

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu decided not to appear before the Dharmabad court in Maharashtra on September 21.
He has decided to send his lawyer to file a petition to recall the Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant (NBW) issued against him by the court in connection to the Babli agitation case.
It may be mentioned that the Dharmabad court had issued the NBW against Naidu and 14 others including AP ministers D Umamaheswara Rao and Anandababu in connection to 2010 Babli agitation case.
Naidu held series of consultations with legal experts, officials and his party leaders before taking his final decision. Most of the advisors suggested him not to appear before the court personally.
