BJP President to visit Telangana ahead of Early Polls

Hyderabad: In the latest news,The BJP President Amit Shah to begin his election campaign from Mahabubnagar district in Telangana on September 15.

On Friday BJP floor leader G Kishan Reddy that the party would contest in the ensuing elections without getting into an alliance with Congress and TRS.

Reddy also said that BJP would hold a meeting on September 8 and 9 to discuss the election strategy to be acquired for Telangana.

Hitting back at KCR's comments that TRS is secular party, Reddy said that if it is a secular party then why did the party have only two minority candidates.

Kishan Reddy also exuded confidence saying that BJP would emerge victorious in next elections.

The party is also planning to invite a galaxy of national stars, including Union Ministers Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Nitin Gadkari, apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for campaigning, senior party leaders said on Friday.

The party wants to mobilize one lakh persons for the exercise and has started to plan for another public meeting in Karimnagar later this month. The idea is to have a public meeting in each of the 119 Assembly constituencies, apart from taking out rallies and padayatras.

"We will be bringing out a charge-sheet against the government for its acts of omission and commission, and against the sitting MLAs. We will also bring out a manifesto for each district and a separate one for the capital city," said senior leaders, declining to be identified.
