Goodachari actress bags stunning offer

Hyderabad: Tollywood hot actress Shobhita Dhulipala, who impressed Telugu audience with her wonderful performance in her recent spy thriller drama Goodachari, and recently trolled by Mahesh Babu's fans, has bagged a special role in the second season of the acclaimed Netflix series Sacred Games.

Sobhita Dhulipala's part will be helmed by Anurag Kashyap. Earlier both Sobhita Dhulipala and Anurag Kashyap have worked together for Raman Raghav in 2016. After her Bollywood debut, the actress also signed a three-film deal with Kashyap's production company Phantom Films in July 2016.

It is heard that Anurag Kashyap wanted to bring Sobhita Dhulipala for the first season of Scared Games but as she was busy in his upcoming projects, was not able to allot the dates but this time, the actress has given her nod for the second season of the popular web series, Sacred Games.

The source say that this time when Anurag Kashyap wrote a new character for her, she jumped at the opportunity. Sobhita Dhulipala will play a spy in this gritty drama. Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan are helming the second season, with Vikramaditya Motwane as the showrunner.

Sobhita Dhulipala won the title of Femina Miss India in 2013 and represented India at Miss Earth 2013, Philippines. She has also featured in Asia's most viewed print campaign, the Kingfisher Calendar in 2014. The actress is also a trained classical dancer in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi.

Meanwhile Sobhita Dhulipala is busy in her upcoming Malayalam and Hindi adventure drama Moothon in direction of Geetu Mohandas, in which Nivin Pauly is playing the lead role. She will also be seen in bilingual Hindi-English movie Made in Heaven and Telugu-Hindi movie The Body.

Sacred Games is India's biggest Netflix series to date. It has amassed a huge fan following ever since its release. Recently Saif Ali Khan hinted that the second season is most likely to happen.
