IRCTC Scam Case: Bail For Tejashwi Yadav

Finally Lalu Prasad Family gets relief, According to the details, A Delhi court on Friday granted bail to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav in an Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam case.

In this regard Special Judge Arun Bhardwaj also issued a production warrant against Prasad in the case.

The court granted bail to Rabri and Tejashwi Yadav on a personal bond of Rs one lakh and one surety of the like amount.

A judge took just a few minutes to announce bail for Tejashwi Yadav, 28, who was present in court with his mother Rabri Devi.

Lalu Yadav's younger son, widely seen as his political heir, has been accused by the CBI in a corruption case that triggered his party's split with Nitish Kumar last year and left the RJD out of power.
