Tollywood Manmadhudu Akkineni Nagarjuna is celebrating his birthday here on today, film celebrities have been poring wishes on him.

We knew that he is currently busy with his upcoming multi starre film Devadas, already the teaser and posters are gaining the tremendous response from the fans.

recently on the occasion of his birthday few more pics have been released by the makers and going viral on the social media.

Nagarjuna established himself as one of the leading superstars of the Telugu cinema after starting his career as an actor from a very small age. The superstar was 1st seen as a child artist in the Telugu movie Sudigundalu in the year 1967 alongside his father Nageswaro Rao Akkineni.

The 59-year-old actor came into the limelight when he played the lead role in the movie Geetanjali in the year 1989, the film went on to win the National Film Award in 1990 for the Best Popular Film.

He grabbed public attention through a string of super-hits in his introductory years like ‘Shiva’ which was a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Siva by Ram Gopal Verma.

Nagarjuna displayed his skills when he worked in Mahesh Bhatt’s blockbuster film ‘Criminal’ in the year 1994 and ‘Khuda Gawah’ which was a massive hit in Afghanistan too.

Talking about Nagarjuna's personal life, the actor got married twice. In 1984, he got married to Lakshmi Daggubati, she was a member of the Daggubati family which is one of the most renowned families in the Telugu film industry. Lakshmi and Nagarjuna have a son together named Naga Chaitanya, who was born in 1986.

However, the couple got divorced in 1990 and Nagarjuna then got married to actress Amala Akkineni. By his second wife, the Telegu superstar is the father of another son, who is also an actor Akhil Akkineni.
