AP Deputy CM about TDP- Congress Alliance

Vijayawada, Aug 26: The Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister KE Krishnamurthy has been opined that He is against TDP-Congress alliance for 2019 Elections. He isn't backing away even after CM Chandrababu Naidu has been offering enough indications regarding the pre-poll alliance.

Once again, KE Krishnamurthy announced there won't be an alliance between TDP and Congress in AP. "TDP is a national party. It might form an alliance with few parties in other states, but there won't be any tie-up with Congress in AP," he said.

RTC Chairman Varla Ramaiah differed with the views expressed by Deputy CM. He advised KE to share his views in party internal meeting instead of confusing cadre with his comments on public platforms.

In return, KE questions who is Varla Ramaiah to offer instructions to a senior leader like him. He claimed to have just conveyed the views of cadre at grassroots level over alliance with Congress.

"NTR floated TDP against Congress and that fact can't be erased from our memory. There is no truth in the reports that CM had warned me over disproving alliance with Congress," he clarified.
