Another case filed on D. Srinivas' Son Sanjay

Nizamabad, Aug 11: We all knew that, women employees of Shankari Nursing College in Nizamabad have accused D Sanjay, son of Nizamabad strongman D Srinivas, of sexually harassing them.

The woman employees, led by Progressive Organisation of Women (POW) leader Sandhya, alleged that Sanjay was harassing them sexually. In this regard, They demanded action against Sanjay.

A case was initially registered against Sanjay under Sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354(A) (Sexual harassment) 342 (Wrongful confinement), 506 (Criminal intimidation) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC.

Following this, he was also booked under relevant sections of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Nirbhaya Act).

Here another case has been booked on him under the section of atrocity case SC ST. In this regard, police have informed that Sanjay should apper on or before 12 August.

The police have made it clear that they will take legal action if he does not appear before the 12th of this month.

earlier, Responding to the sexual allegations raised on him, TRS Rajya Sabha Leader Dharmapuri Srinivas' son former Mayor of Nizamabad - D. Sanjay commented against the accusations and stated they were untrue.

Speaking to the media , he said that this conspiracy had attempted for nothing but just to damage his family in a political manner.

Having said that, he hadn't sexually harassed any student as they were equally treated as his family members who made it clear that he ha no more any live-in relationship with anyone, later he has gone absconding from his house
