Locals thrashed teenager for this!!

Hyderabad, Aug 07: In a shocking incident, A 19-year-old youngster was arrested by the police in Hyderabad on Monday for harassing a woman using pepper spray.

As per the details, the accused, Yasin Ahmed, who works at the water servicing center was harassing passers-by using the pepper spray because he thought it was 'fun'.

However, the locals caught hold of the accused and began thrashing him. They later handed him over to the police. A woman, identified as Zaheera Begum lodged a complaint with the police stating that the miscreant who was in an intoxicated condition, started using pepper spray on her when she was walking towards to Mochi Colony. The locals rushed her to the nearby hospital.

A case has been registered based on the complaint under Section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) of IPC and police have arrested him.
