Rakul Preet to play Jayalalithaa

Chennai, Aug 04: It's a well-known fact that Suriya and filmmaker Selvaraghavan are gearing up for the release of 'NGK', which is one of the most awaited releases this year.

Selva Raghavan who directed Hits Like 7/G Brundavan Colony,'Kadhal Kondein' is now directing Suriya titled "NGK".

This is Suriya's 36th Film and Sai Pallavi, Rakul Preet Singh is playing female lead roles opposite to Suriya.

According to our sources, the movie story is based on Tamil Nadu Late CM MGR. In this Movie, Sai Pallavi playing the role of Suriya's Wife and Rakul Preet is playing the role of Suriya's Personal assistant.

The Role of Rakul Preet will remain of Late Cm Jayalalitha. The Movie is not a biopic of late MGR, but the story has a lot of shades of MGR Life.

The Makers are planning to release the movie this Diwali in a grand scale. Music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film was produced by dream warrior pictures.
