BJP said 'No' & the result is 'YES'

Visakhapatnam, July 30: A railway zone to Vizag cannot be sanctioned as it is not financially feasible, the saffron Party filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court this time stating so.

Previously, the BJP had opposed a railway zone on the floor that Odisha government was objecting to it but the Odisha government immediately gave a clarification saying it had no grievance to a railway zone at Vizag.

The State BJP leaders are shocked, especially Vizag MP, K Hari Babu. Evidently, the impression was given to AP BJP leaders that the Centre following forceful criticism was on the brink of granting the railway zone.

The leaders were hopeful of an announcement in Parliament in this regard and had made detailed plans to go to Delhi and saturate the Central leadership with praise. Now, they have been caught completely unwary with this affidavit filed in the Supreme Court by the Centre.

As for Hari Babu who won on the strength of the Modi wave last time in Vizag, it is an uprising task for him to win the confidence of the people of Vizag again.
